COMPANY PROFILE
A.INTRODUCTION
Insburg Agencies T/A Insburg Freight Logistics is a wholly owned Zimbabwean Freight company. It was incorporated on 7th July, 2000. Our core business is the provision of freight logistics services within Zimbabwe and throughout the SADC region.
B.HISTORY
The Directors and senior management, have many years of experience in Customs, International Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearing, Shipping, Warehousing and Road Transport, among other things. This is at national, regional and international levels.
This wealth of experience was acquired in the course of employment with the then Department of Customs and Excise and later on with leading multinational and long established freight forwarding organisations in various capacities including senior managerial ...positions.
Over the years, we have been involved in the movement of grains, coal, steel, timber, cotton seed & lint, seed maize, barley, fuel, motor vehicle spares, minerals and mineral ores, textiles, foodstuffs, general merchandise etc.

Our destiny is to provide distinctive freight logistics solutions through building win-win relationships and to grow the economy through inspired teamwork.

By relationships we mean each Insburg staff member effectively communicates with every customer we interact with to enhance value addition.

1.Road Transport Logistics
a)Local i.e. within Zimbabwe
b)Regional i.e. to and from countries within the region, namely RSA, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, DRC, Botswana and Namibia.
2.Road Freight Forwarding
We can move your shipments to or from anywhere in the region by road. All you need to do is to give us details of your order and leave the rest to us upon agreement on undertake to keep you informed about the progress of your shipments on a daily basis or more frequently when the need arises. We provide cargo status reports by e-mail, fax, and telephone.
a)Exports
i) Full Truck Loads to the following destinations:
RSA, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, DRC, Botswana and Namibia
ii) Consolidations / Groupages to the following destinations:
RSA, Zambia and Malawi
b)Imports
i)Full Truck Loads from the following places:

3.Customs Clearing at Beitbridge
a)For imports into Zimbabwe
b)For exports from Zimbabwe
c)For consignments in transit through Zimbabwe
4.Customs Clearing at Messina (i.e. RSA side of Beitbridge Border Post)
For exports from RSA
5.Customs Clearing at Chirundu, Nyamapanda, Plumtree and Forbes
We are represented by carefully selected agents at these border posts.
6.Warehousing
We offer secure general warehousing space in Harare and Kwekwe for all kinds of goods.
7.Customs Consultancy
We are available to give expert advice and assist in resolving any sticking issues that you might have with ZIMRA on Customs and Excise also applies to goods (commercial or private) that would have been seized or held by ZIMRA. We will represent you to your satisfaction.

Regular Updates
We keep you updated regarding the progress of your consignments from the time you give us an order to the time we deliver your cargo. We communicate with you by
e-mail, fax or telephone at least twice a day or more frequently as and when the situation dictates.
24 Hour Availability
Our contact personnel are reachable any time of the day i.e. including evenings should the need arise.
