AbaWarehouse - Warehousing and Load Consolidation is used as a central point of data entry for all goods entering and exiting your warehouse. It includes the management of Debtors together with detailed financial reporting.AbaWarehouse is used for both Consolidated Loads and Full Truck Loads. AbaWarehouse is available in our Professional range of in-house applications and also as an AbaOnline version.
Functionality
* Control of master files - customers, suppliers, drivers and truck details.
* Control goods received into your warehouse by generating Goods Received Notes.
* Generate Load Sheets and Consignment notes. Performs load pricing calculations by units or volumetric e.g. Ton, pallet, full load, etc.
* Create Load Manifest(s) and Delivery / Distribution documents, including multiple drop-off.
* Capturing of Proof of Delivery (POD's).
* Produce invoices, credit notes and statements with your corporate logo and other company details.
*Provides full history of all transactions for summary reporting purposes - irrespective of time period. Provides Load histories for management reporting purposes.
* Full search and data sorting capabilities on GRN No., Load No., Consignment, Customer, Sub-Contractor, Truck, etc.
* AbaWarehouse Output and Reports - All reports can be viewed on the screen, printed or exported to a PDF document (for e-mailing) or to a spreadsheet format.
Public / Accounting documents: Goods Received Notes, Load Sheets, Consignment notes, Load Manifests, Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements, etc.
Management / Financial reports: Outstanding Invoices / Loads not invoiced reports, Outstanding POD's, VAT Report, Age Analysis, Sales by Customer, Sub-Contractor and Truck - summarized or detailed, Truck Revenue Analysis, Transport gross profit report for sub-contractors, Purchase Summary by sub-contractor, Sub-Contractors' Analysis, Trip Sheets - for multi-distribution of loads at point of arrival, Warehouse utilization e.g. Length of storage period, etc.
