AbaLoad is the core application for the efficient control of Debtors and the management of loads. All relevant information regarding a load is captured into AbaLoad which then serves as the basic data source for comprehensive management and statistical reporting. AbaLoad can also be used in a brokering environment.AbaLoad is designed to handle Full Truck Loads. Functionality
* Control of master files - customers, suppliers, drivers and truck information.
* Manage Sub-Contractors details if required.
* Generate Quotations - which can be converted to a load and then to an Invoice
* Capturing of load information and generation of Load Confirmations to supplier and to customer. Load pricing calculations by units e.g. Ton, pallet, full load, etc. Generate manifests for cross-border loads.
* Capturing of Proof of Delivery (POD's).
* Produce invoices, credit notes and statements with your corporate logo and other company details.
* Provides full history of all transactions for summary reporting purposes - irrespective of time period. Provides Load Histories for management reporting purposes.
* Full search and data sorting capabilities on Load No., Customer, Sub-Contractor, Truck, etc.
* AbaLoad Output and Reports - All reports can be viewed on the screen, printed or exported to a PDF document (for e-mailing) or to a spreadsheet format.
* Public / Accounting documents include Quotations, Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements, Load Confirmations, Manifests.
* Management / Financial reports include Outstanding Invoices report, Outstanding POD's, Loads not Invoiced, VAT Report, Age Analysis, Sales by Customer, Sub-Contractor and Truck - summarized or detailed, Truck Revenue Analysis, Transport gross profit report for sub-contractors, Purchase Summary by sub-contractor, Sub-Contractors' Analysis, etc.
