AbaFleet - Workshop Maintenance and Fleet Management is used for the control of all fleet expenditures (creditors), vehicle maintenance, spares, consumables and historical records for management analysis. Full Stock and Fuel control management is included.AbaFleet is available in our Professional range of in-house applications and also as an AbaOnline version.
Functionality
* Control of master files - Vehicles, stock, maintenance categories, creditors, labour and fuel depot(s) information.
* Job Card control - All expenditures (and stock usage) is controlled by the Job Card function. Can be categorized based on the type of work required, e.g., maintenance, breakdown, accident, and so on.
* Full stock control of spares and consumable in workshops.
* Fuel Purchases (multiple depots - if required) are handled as any other stock item. All fuel used by vehicles (plus odometer readings) is captured via a specific Fuel input screen.
* Recordkeeping of Maintenance Schedules. Can be calculated and monitored based on odometer readings.
* Maintains complete vehicle history in terms of maintenance and expenditure.
* Provides functionality to perform Creditors account reconciliations.
* Cost analysis of vehicles and entire fleet for any period.
* Output and Reports can all be viewed on the screen, printed or exported to a PDF document or in a spreadsheet format. The standard output reports include: Job Cards, Maintenance Schedule, Remittance Advice (creditors), Costs by Vehicle, Creditor and Maintenance Category, Stock Summary Report, Fuel Purchases e.g. by Depot, and Vehicle, Vehicle Fuel Consumption report, etc.
* AbaFleet can be integrated with AbaLoad (Debtors and Load Management) and / or AbaWarehouse (Warehousing and Load Consolidation).
